Steve Hart

I’ve spent 30 years guiding people and organisations through the property landscape in Australia and Ireland, with a focus on meticulous research and delivering results.

I have also marketed and sold my own properties, as well as purchased properties for investment and development opportunities. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the property market from every perspective. I now bring this practical knowledge and insight to my clients at Arcadia Buyers Agency.

My goal is to help people move forward with confidence, securing homes, investment assets, and development opportunities with clarity, insight , and real results. My expertise spans property development, renovations and development project management.

As well as working with residential property, with my Masters Degree in Urban Planning, I’ve worked in town planning, property development, and development project management. I’ve led my own subdivisions and townhouse projects and served as a Director on major developments exceeding $500 million, achieving successful outcomes for high-net-worth organisations. I’ve assessed thousands of sites and navigated multiple market cycles, consistently identifying opportunities others might miss.

Caroline Hart

With more than 18 years immersed in the architecture and interior design community, I have reviewed thousands of portfolios and developed a sharp eye for spatial flow, family functionality and lasting aesthetic appeal. I recognise when a property moves beyond practical to feel homely, intuitive and timeless.

My perspective is strengthened by my own renovations, new builds and subdivisions, giving me a grounded understanding of cost, opportunity and what thoughtful design can achieve.

My Honours Degree in Psychology has refined my ability to listen and understand what people truly need from a home. I see how families live, how they decide and the elements that create comfort and belonging.

As Founder of Arcadia Recruitment, I spent nearly two decades bringing together people, culture and design. Now, I bring a human-centred, design-informed approach to guiding buyers.
